We’re a small but mighty team, driven by passion and diverse expertise. From telecommunications to cybersecurity, government relations, project management and more, we bring a wealth of skills to the table. Together, we’re on a mission to create positive change in our region.
With our stakeholders, consortium members, and the broader regional tech ecosystem standing alongside us, we’re making magic happen. Our focus? Enhancing broadband connectivity, boosting cyber awareness, and helping organizations thrive in the digital age.

Our Stakeholders
CWE is comprised of public sector stakeholder groups and these stakeholders contribute their technical leaders and significant funding to CWE. As part of our ongoing mission, their resources help to form the network that powers the public service in Windsor-Essex.
Our Consortium
CWE is further supported by a consortium of private sector companies, representing verticals that include technology, advanced manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, and other organizations. Similarly to the public sector stakeholders, these organizations benefit from the strength of group purchasing authority for employee purchase plans and the shared learnings of innovation in both private and public sector technology teams.
Consortium members also benefit from targeted training opportunities across technical and non-technical domains, networking opportunities, and self-paced training materials.
